New changes & improvements

Hi

Now everyone can post in his own blog page & it will be featured in the main page for everyone to see (think of it like personal news) and up to 20 posts can be viewed from the main page (but now I have put it to 5 only). Also I have re-arranged the main page so the blog posts is in the top middle section and the latest activity is in the left side. I hope it will be a better design. Please tell me what you think of these changes and like always I'm happy to take in comments.
