its from servo ventilator..patient with hypotension is not suitable for peep..so thier using auto flow..what is auto flow?

Hypotension??? I believe giving a PEEP of 5cmH20 will not harm your patient anyway. Then treat the hypotension,what is the diagnosis of the patient anyway????
