bronchospasm

when there is one sided CA lung and has bronchospasm why there is wheeze/bronchospasm in other lung.can any one justify me.what to do when wheezing is refractory to salbutamol/ipratropium bromide.

then what about barotrauma/volutrauma/dynamic hyperinflation.hypotension and consequently more worsening??/if u mean to avoid o2 toxicity for first 6 hr is rationale then is reasonable to me. can u plz put reference of this u wrote.

we u calculating static comliance only in ACMV mode where there is no limit of pressures, but in PS mode pressures are fixed. no one is 100% correct so i will invite others to participate and share knowledge
