Shouldn't it be Chris Hanson RRT-NPS,CPFT,AE-C,rn Hey don't get mad just some more sarcasm. If you work as an RN then it should be RN RRT but if you work as an RT then it should be RRT, RN RN is not higher then an RT

Yes exactly, SIMV has two parts: controled breath & supported breath. also you have : SIMV VC (mandatory breath is VC and spontaneous will be ps) SIMV PRVC (mandatory breath PRVC and spontaneous will be ps)
