Hi Ron,

Hey I've been busy! Got 3 teenage kids so I should get a big BevMo (Beverages and More store) discount. I spoke at the CA State RT conference last June on the whole instilling saline issue plus debated Dr. Nicholas Hill as regards using NIV for comfort care/palliative care patients (I was the Con side).

Work is crazy. Between ever increasing regulations (it's like walking through sludge to get the work done now and I'm not sure it's really any safer as it just adds to the hassle factor), increasing pressure to be both productive and more professional (treated like a factory worker plus expected to jump tall buildings with a single bound), and the aging workforce, dwindling new hire pool.......for instance I have tons of Paid Time Off but I am only one of two night shift RT's who can do it all. So it's like pulling teeth to use it. Still, with alot of people getting laid off across the land I shouldn't whine heh?

I've been riding my recumbent bike to work (go to www.rans.com and check out the Stratus XP which I ride on) and they gym I've been getting back into some type of shape. Soon I'll be able to shred whole MAR binders! :)

Take it easy and keep those Physio's in line! :)
