Your EARCP site is really informative and details your executive boards desire for success in organizing Respiratory Therapists.
I sent you a link for the Latin American Board for Professional Certification in Respiratory Therapy Program developed in conjunction with the NBRC , which allows Latin Americans in multiple countries to qualify as Certified Respiratory Therapists with credentials recognized as equivalent by the NBRC.
The web site has links to the "board roster" and the name of the people instrumental at the NBRC, with their contact details and details on how this program was established.
If you are interested in doing something similar in the Philippines or Middle East you might want to contact the following people discuss the possibility.
