Vicki ... memorization of stuff is the toughest ... formulas .... theres quite a bit of formulas to remember and a lot of calculations with decimals with no calculator ... not hard but tedious and needs lots of scratch paper lol

Im in my 2nd semester and surviving.  Im like a blind driving on the road for now.  Did you guys have any hospital experience prior getting accepted in the RT program?

Hello everyone!  I am new to RT Space.  I am hoping to be accepted into the RT program at WKCTC.  I am awaiting my acceptance letter.  How is everyone enjoying the program so far?  What has been the toughest part?

Im in my 4th quarter of Respiratory school and in one week I get to start a round of clinicals at one of the top hospitals in the US, UAB Hospital. I aint afraid to admit Im scared and nervous.  How did everyone else get over this nervousness?  I'll be face-to-face will the best physicians in the world. I just know my mind will go completely blank!

This is my third semester in the respiratory program. Started clinicals this semester and i love it. I really know this is for me!!! All i can say is that there is a light at the end of the tunnel dont let the difficulty of the program put you down before you get to clinicals. They really open your eyes and then everything starts coming together and making sense

Just start RT program in 5th week .... going to clinicals in a couple of weeks trying to be an ABG expert .... if you google abg interpretation quiz a link to a good site comes up

Day 3 of RT program @ DMC in Texas, and I love it!  Very intimidating, but exciting at the same time.  Good luck to all you students and here's hoping we survive the next couple of years!!!  :D
