as for this discussion. i will vote for the smart worker bec. they have the idea to confront in some matter but in a hard working person nobody will appreciate even you work so hard. or maybe it depends upon the person who will judge you. so in my personal opinion smart worker should be also a hard worker because it comes together.

There are two types of person in this world:
1) Who completes the work.
2) Who takes the credit for the same.
First one is Hard work, Second one is smart work

Smart work: Getting noticed and recognised and suitably rewarded.
Hard Work: Only Getting noticed, nothing will be recogised and no rewards.

In my opinion
The only way to success is work hard in smarter way
Work Hard + Work Smart = Wealth and Success
