Reg. Lidocaine

Hello
Do you use lidocaine (patients head injury with icp monitor) before suction.?
Need yours suggestions regarding the Dosage of Lidocaine to be instilled in Endotracheal tube before suctioning, patient with high ICP.
If possible please send the steps involved in this procedure.
