A Global Community for Respiratory Therapist

Grad school for RT. Reccomendations anyone? Should or shouldn't?

I'm finishing at a community college in Michigan and would like some input on wether or not I should go straight into the career at a hospitol or continue to my education?

I finished a BS while working part-time. I would say finish a degree in something, but don't expect it to give you an edge with salary.
I am a program director and I think you should always continue your education. Pick a degree you have interest in depending on your future ambitions (education, management, research, etc.). I have an A.A.S. in Respiratory Therapy, a B.S. in Chemistry, and an MBA in Health Care Systems Management. Just continue your education.
I did my MS degree at Northeastern University in Boston, MA. It was a wonderful program and I highly recommend it. You can find more at NEU.edu. The program is a Masters of Science in Respiratory Care Leadership. Check it out...
