Will I ever have a opportunity to get a licensure exam obviously CRT credentials up to RRT either in Canada or US with foreign education? I am currently studying here in the Philippines in a famous medical school. I appreciate your replies. Thanks.

RCP licenses in the USA are handled by each individual state. The best way to answer this question is to contact the state in which you would like to live and pose this question to their state license and certification board. They may ask that you past an entry level NBRC exam, such as the CRT. So you may want to contact the NBRC as well. You can get more info online at NBRC.org.
Most RT education programs outside United States are not accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC) or accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP). Having said that, you need to satisfy this in order to qualify for the (NBRC ) CRT examination.

In Canada, the applicants must have graduated from an accredited respiratory therapy educational program in Canada; or they must meet the partial reciprocity agreement with the US National Board for Respiratory Care; or they must have completed a Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) through an accredited respiratory therapy educational program in Canada.

You have the opportunity to take the RT licensure in these countries if you met their requirements which I had mentioned above.
