exact calculation of static compliance

i think we should use auto peep for calculation.

we can used static compliance in the compliance determination,but in using pressure support platue maynot be computed.correct me if im wrong coz there is no plateau in pressure ventilation.

we r calculating static comliance only in ACMV mode where there is no limit of pressures, but in PS mode pressures are fixed.
no one is 100% correct so i will invite others to participate and share knowledge

Sir definately we can not measure pleateau pressure on pressure sport mode but we use for the time bieng CMV mode for correct compliance
