i think it is possible to have unilateral pulmonary edema if the Pt R side CHF

ITS ACCORDING TO TYPE OF PULM.EDE.
IF IT IS CARDIOGENIC TYPE MOST BILATERAL NOT UNILATERAL
IF IT IS NON CARDIOGENIC IT MAY BE BILATERAL OR UNILATERAL

a condidtion of unilateral pulmonary edema associated with pleura effusion after insertion chest tube and sudden aspiration cause quickly reinflation of the lung ,,so the rushing blood flow to that lung lead to reinflation pulmonary edema
